Rob is a founding and co-Managing Partner of NorthLanding Financial Partners, LLC. In addition to serving as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, his practice extends to fee-based financial planning and investment management for a select number of high net worth individuals and families.
His clients depend on his oversight for personal and objective advice on investment allocation, retirement income planning, estate planning, and tax-related matters. His experienced approach to guiding clients through all aspects of financial management has developed over the past 17 years, through experience with both Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and an independent financial planning consulting firm, before founding NorthLanding. He is an active member of several local professional associations and was invited to join Morningstar’s National Advisor Research panel in 2015. He has appeared on 13 WHAM News, locally, and been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, nationally, on investment and financial planning issues.
As both a Certified Financial PlannerTM Practitioner (CFP®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) Professional, he has obtained among the most demanding level of professional credentials available to advisors in the United States. Rob completed the CIMA® curriculum through the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business executive education program and is an alumnus of Villanova University. He also remains involved with his local alma mater, McQuaid Jesuit High School and resides with his family in Victor, NY.
